In Loving Memory

Mindful Sober Living is lovingly dedicated to the memory of Krystal Caswell Clark; a devoted mother, wife, daughter, and friend. To those who knew her, Krystal was more than just a friend; she was family.

Krystal’s journey with addiction began at a young age, but her path to recovery truly started when she married Sean. Together, they built a life filled with love and raised two wonderful children. With over 15 years of sobriety, Krystal found renewed purpose in real estate — helping others find safe housing and turning neglected properties into beautiful homes.

Tragically, during the isolation and hardships of the COVID-19 pandemic, addiction returned to her life. In time, both Krystal and Sean were lost to this disease.

Krystal and Sean’s legacy lives on through our mission. At Mindful Sober Living, we honor Krystal’s passion for helping others by creating safe, supportive, and beautiful spaces where people in recovery can rebuild their lives. Her spirit continues to guide our work, as we walk alongside others on their journey toward healing, hope, and lasting change.
